Ralphs
Ralphs will give up to 4% of purchases back to the school of your choice when you use your Ralphs club card. Register here. Palm Crest's NPO# is 80646.
Register your grocery cards, gas cards and/or debit or credit cards with eScrip, and a percentage of your purchases is donated to Palm Crest by participating merchants. eScrip's biggest local merchant partner is Vons, which gives back about 3% of purchases. Other participating local merchants include Office Max, Chevron, Baja Fresh and Big 5.
As of August, 2003 there were 455 Palm Crest families signed up. In 2002, eScrip donated $8,679 to Palm Crest. Can you imagine how much more we could get if EVERYONE to shop at eScrip merchants?!?!?
To register Palm Crest as your educational beneficiary, log on to www.escrip.com, register yourself and any/all specific credit cards you may use to make purchases, and designate "Palm Crest Elementary School " (ID No. 137607476) as your educational beneficiary. Each time you use the registered cards, Palm Crest benefits from your purchases.

If you are already signed up for eScrip, don't forget to keep your credit card information current: if your card expires, you need to notify eScrip or your donations will cease. If you use your phone number when you go to Vons, eScrip won't work unless you call Vons at 1-877-723-3929 to have them connect your Vons card to your eScrip account.
Box Tops for Education
Here's a really easy fundraiser. It only takes 2.3 seconds, and EVERYONE can participate, kids included.
All you have to do is collect box tops from participating General Mills products (cereal, Fruit Roll-ups, Yoplait, etc.) Each box top is worth TEN CENTS and every single penny will be donated to Palm Crest.
Here's how it works:
- Find a box of a participating General Mills product
- Rip off the "Box Tops for Education" logo (as seen above) Submit
official Box Tops logos only! Please do NOT submit: Betty Crocker catalog points,
Entire top flap, - UPC symbol, Entire bottom flap.
- Drop box tops off in the Box Tops collection bin in the Palm Crest office
You can find Box Tops for Education logos on more
than 330 participating General Mills products such as Cheerios, Lucky Charms,
Total, Fruit by the Foot, Fruit Roll-Ups, Dunkaroos, Yoplait yogurt multipacks,
Yoplait Go-GURT yogurt, Lloyd’s Barbeque Buckets, Hamburger Helper, Betty
Crocker potato side dishes, Potato Buds, Suddenly Salad, Bisquick, Baco-s,
SuperMoist cake mix, Betty Crocker frosting, Stir ‘n Bake, Betty Crocker
Supreme Brownies, and many, many more.
This is a great opportunity for students, parents, and grandparents to come together for the good of our school and our children’s futures. So please, take a few extra seconds before you toss that empty box and clip out the Box Tops for Education logo.

4% on monthly purchases between $176-$300

It's easy!

Special books will be available in retail stores detailing School ID #'s, plus Office Depot employees will be available to assist customers as well. At the La Crescenta Office Depot, the binder is located on a table at the entrance. The Palm Crest code is 70009172.
NOTE: The trick is that you must tell the sales clerk, before they start to ring up the sale, that you want the 5% Back to School donation.
Online customers will be asked for school information including school name, address and city at the conclusion of their order, and the 5% credit will then be applied to that designated school based on qualifying purchases.
Palm Crest has joined with Schoolpop to raise unlimited funds for the school. You can shop at more than 250 merchants including big-name stores like Gap.com, Nordstrom.com, Lands’ End, L.L. Bean, J. Crew, Tower Records, Toys R Us, priceline.com and many more. A portion of every purchase is rebated to Palm Crest - up to 20%. This program is provided at no additional cost to the school or the shopper.
